# BitAI Referral Program Commission
## How BitAI Fees Work
* **BitAI charges a 20% performance fee** on every **successful (profit) trade**.
* BitAI performance fee is calculated from the **profit amount**, not from your total capital.
## Level 1 Referral Commission
* Eligible for BitAI Users who has activated their AI Activation Licence.
* For every **Level 1 (direct) referral**, you earn **2% of the successful trade performance fee** collected by BitAI.
* **No limit to the number of Level 1 referrals.**
* The more active traders you refer, the more you earn.
* Commission is auto calculated and auto deposited into your BitAI wallet when your referral makes a profitable trade.
Example Trade
You refer **50 active traders**.\
Each trader makes a successful trade profit of **100 USDT**.
**Performance Fee per Trader**
* 100 USDT × 20% = 20 USDT
**Your Commission per Trader**
* 20 USDT × 2% = 0.4 USDT
**Total Commission**
* 0.4 USDT × 50 traders = **20 USDT**
Your potential commission: **20 USDT**
And there is **no cap** on how many Level 1 referrals you can have.
